Focussing on the philosophy of visual artist Victor Vasarely, the Fondation Vasarely is dedicated to keeping our architectural legacy alive. The Foundation not only exhibits numerous works of art, but also forms collaborations with researchers, artists and architects. In order to preserve Vasarely’s legacy and prevent any form of misappropriation, the Foundation has been considering ways to strengthen the security of its data exchange procedures over the last few years. So when a Konica Minolta sales representative came to present the Workplace Hub, the Foundation immediately saw it as the perfect opportunity.
As Victor Vasarely’s doctrine is based on the hybridisation of art and architecture, it seems fitting for the Foundation, which champions his legacy, to make use of the Workplace Hub as a solution to bring together a multitude of talented people on current projects!
“We had this preconception of an operator that was defined by a culture of office automation, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find a multi-skilled team that was led by a dedicated project manager. The pre-sale was extremely in-depth. The consultants that were assigned to us were eager to get to know us well and were astute in their assessments.”

Administrative and Finance Director, Fondation Vasarely
The Workplace Hub that was implemented for the Fondation Vasarely tracks all inbound and outbound connections made on the internal network. Additionally, the bandwidth was adapted to suit the activities that the Foundation carries out today. Employees and volunteers have all the power they need to work on joint projects. The system also performs backups automatically and archives data in an easily accessible way.
