The Colour Reader CR-10 PLUS is an affordable handheld colorimeter for quick and easy colour control on almost any samples and materials. Just measure the target followed by the sample to compare the colour difference in objective CIELAB colour difference values displayed on the LCD screen.

Target data is displayed in either L*a*b* or L*C*H* and colour difference to samples in ∆L*,∆a*,∆b*,∆C*,∆H*,∆E*ab.

Despite the simple operation, the CR-10 PLUS is a true colorimeter in full compliance with CIE, ISO, and DIN standards.

The CR-10 Plus is a simple colorimeter ideal for basic comparative colour measurements between a target and sample. The instrument is not traceable but will none the less represent a cost effective colour QC tool for certain applications, as a process control tool.
 
  • Built-in backlit display: measurement data and colour difference are clearly displayed to enable the operator to work quickly with the device.
 
  • Onboard control, setup and export software: device software executable is stored in the device memory for easy access when plugged in to the PC via USB cable.
 
  • Clear tolerance warning: the device provides clear audio and visual cues when a sample is outside of the user specified tolerances.
 
  • Small handheld device: small and light, the device is supplied with a soft case for protection and convenience.
 
  • Optional 5mm aperture: additional aperture is available to better suit smaller samples.
 
  • Versatile power options: power the device either via AA batteries, USB bus power or AC Adapter (optional accessory).
