1.2 Web Part

A SharePoint Web Part is a building block that you can add to a SharePoint page and most often fill with content. There are different web parts for different kinds of content. There is only one content per Web Part, when you add a Web Part to a site, you need to select a content type associated to it (Powell, Standard or Custom), for example Ads, Agenda, Events, etc.
